• A valid KSU ID is required to checkout A/V equipment
• Equipment checkout is for academic purposes only
• Equipment may be checked out for a maximum of three days;extended checkout requires MDG approval
• Consecutive reservations are not permitted
• MDG does not drop off or pick up checked out equipment
• Equipment may only be checked out by the person whose name appears on the reservation
• Late returnes will result in suspention of checkout privileges and a hold on registration for classes
• Equipment that is more than one week late will be considered stolen and a police report will be filed
